family taekwondo classes
At 4pm the mums don’t sit and watch the kids, they are up doing what the kids are doing. This is family time and mums and dads are learning martial arts with their kids. Nothings modified, the kids are doing the kids course and the adults are following an adults syllabus. By the time the kids are a black belt so will the parents. It makes the fights at home interesting.
